Stray young cat in need of home

My family has taken in a stray black and white cat from the cold. He is friendly, cuddly, clean, and has a nice personality. He can use a litter box and he eats blue buffalo dry food right now. He needs a new home by 2/13 before we get charged 350 dollars for the cat and I would rather find him a home and not kick him out on the streets.
