Job duties include hauling limbs and brush, operating a chipper, safety support for climbers and bucket truck operators, and driving manual transmission chip trucks. We're looking for hard-working individuals who are reliable, responsible, and follow critical safety standards. Must wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Willing to teach chainsaw operations and maintenance, along with arborist trade skills to those who show an interest in becoming a climber/arborist. Based in Bend, our 3-person crews travel to private and commercial properties throughout all of Central Oregon daily. 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (typically - varies from day to day due to type of work) Monday - Friday On call for storm/emergency work as needed. Potential overtime, and weekends occasionally available by option. $18 / hour starting rate. Dedication and hard work are quickly recognized and rewarded. Eligible for company sponsored health benefits, and sick leave after probation period.
