Jack Russel Needs Rehoming

I will be moving soon and am unable to have a pet. He is a Jack Russel almost completely white save for a couple brown spots. He is less than a year old, family friendly, and a trooper. On walks he will follow behind you sometimes. He is a happy attitude dog. He does shed, he has his vaccinations, but he is not neutered. He has never been around cats before so unsure about that dynamic. This is not a scam, looking to re-home to a family that will treat him like a friend.
