Our client is currently seeking to fill a number of Plant Laborer positions at their Precast Plant in Spokane Valley, WA. Job Details (Spokane Valley 99216) Starting Rate - Target starting rate of 15/hr (22.50 for OT) this rate is slightly negotiable for the right candidate, opportunity for a raise after a few weeks of consistent work. Duration - This will be a roughly 2 month contract to hire position, at the end of this period our client would seek to bring individuals on board permanently (growth will be available in the form of raises, promotions, and opportunities to take other positions if performance is good). Location - Spokane Valley, WA Requirements - Entry level position, some labor or plant/production work in the past is a plus. Forklift experience is also a big plus. Must pass a drug and background screening. Shift - 7am - 3:30pm Responsibilities - Working within an industrial precast plant assisting with various labor, warehousing, and production related tasks. Must be able to lift heavy objects and willing to use hand/power tools as well as other equipment/machinery to get the job done.
