We are seeking an office and shipping administrator to join our team! We are small family owned business, but lots of growth opportunities are coming. Job Purpose: Ships product to customers and warehouses, inventory management, general office tasks Duties: Pull, pack, and ship daily orders Pick up daily orders from wholesaler (car provided or reimbursement for travel) Send out large bi-weekly shipments to warehouses Fulfill Custom Orders Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: Organization, Detail Oriented, Supply Management, Deadline-Oriented, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Independence, Documentation Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling Hours Required: Monday – 8:30am - 4:30pm Tuesday – 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday – 8:30am - 4:30pm Thursday – 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday – 8:30am - 4:30pm Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) matching * Major holidays off. * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
