Team Leader Job Posting - Suffolk County, NY In this newly created position, the Team Leader will be part of a new Disinfecting Services team learning new industry skills including state of the art disinfecting services, new machinery and disinfecting processes. In this role you will learn detail floor care including strip and wax procedures and carpet shampoo/extraction cleaning Specific Job Responsibilities: (Minimum) Direct labor requirements To clean, disinfect and keep in an orderly condition assigned work areas To sweep, mop or scrub, and polish floors. To remove chips, trash, and other refuse. To dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures. To polish metal fixtures or trimmings. To provide supplies and minor maintenance services. To clean and disinfect lavatories, showers, and restrooms. To train new staff in cleaning procedures and methodsTo deliver work orders to crewTo monitor and receive inventoryTo report problems to project or regional managerTo monitor staff timeTo interact with customer to ensure satisfactionMonitor safety procedures, including full compliance with PPE at all times, and report problems to project manager Administrative requirements Requirements: Demonstrated commitment to our mission of creating and advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
