Responsibilities · Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) · Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) · Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) · Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room) · Provide personal transportation to and from work sites Qualifications · Custodial experience is preferred but not required · Passing a drug test will be required · 100% COVID-19 vaccination required · Prefer to have a reliable vehicle to transport yourself to the site/s · Must have a valid driver's license Available Shifts: 12 hour shift 3-4 days per week 6am-6pm 6pm-6am Compensation: $16.85 per hour Non-Driver $:15.85 **$500 SIGN ON BONUS** · Full-time benefits include PTO time, health insurance, life insurance, 401K with matching % · Excellent career advancement opportunities! · Free cell phone unlimited data, messages, etc. · Monthly bonus (based on meeting all performance requirements) · Referral bonuses · Free Parking on site · Provide daily Covid19 surgical mask
