Parts, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving Clerk | Full-Time Cottage Grove, WI 53527 Looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Shared Medical Services is seeking a Parts, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving Clerk! You will be responsible for parts, parts ordering, shipping, inventory and managing Central Supply. Responsibilities • General management of SMG parts • Responsible for parts pickup and delivery as needed • Orders Parts as necessary to keep stock levels current • Ship’s portal ordered parts to the field team members a minimum of twice per week • Completes quarterly inventory of parts and provides it to accounting • Maintains a clean work environment, including responsibility for cleaning shop floor • Complies with all safety policies and regulations, including DOT and radiation safety as applicable • Completes necessary administrative tasks (i.e., time/activity reports, billing, applicable maintenance, mileage, or inspection forms). • Process and fill all incoming Central Supply orders, including receipt of incoming order, picking of order, packing and shipping order, and the completion of the order process on the SMS Portal • Maintain Central Supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, place supply orders, verify receipt of supplies and accurate invoicing • Monthly inventory with accounting, including accurate counts and allocations • Provide shipping, product information and invoicing to accounting weekly • Assist in the evaluation and selection of existing and prospective Central Supply products (evaluation to include the price, quality and appropriateness of such products) • Performs additional duties as required Requirements: • Must be willing and able to assist other team members as necessary • Able to demonstrate competency in all applicable areas • Capable of a flexible work schedule which may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Must be able to interact with client personnel and SMS team members in a responsible, professional, and ethical manner • Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment • Must be flexible, reliable and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative Anticipated Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Shared Medical Services is a leading provider of diagnostic mobile medical imaging with our administrative headquarters located in the Madison, WI area (Cottage Grove).
