Property manager seeks experienced electrician who can at a mutually convenient time(s) provide the following services; repair, maintenance of tenant electrical needs, such as outlets, light installation, short circuit issues, installation of electrical lines, smoke detectors, LED exterior light installation, circuit breaker repair and or replacement, etc. We manage commercial and residential properties throughout Los Angeles. We provide "fill-in" work when you are not booked with your regular clients. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. Need immediately. Rate offered: $300 per day (8-hours) We only book by the day, and you get a check at the end of the day. We cover all approved expenses.
