Spartan Concrete Coatings, LLC is a local family and veteran owned business now hiring for the following position: Concrete Coatings Technician/ Installer We coat concrete surfaces… garages, walkways, driveways, patios, retail, offices, pool areas, commercial, etc. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Technician/ Installer) • Machine operator (Lavina Machines) and material installer as part of a 2-3 person crew. • Grinding concrete and applying material to concrete floors • MUST be able to communicate well with team members and customers REQUIREMENTS (Technician/ Installer) • Concrete floor grinding/ machine operator and painting/ epoxy experience is desired...but NOT required. On the job training will be provided. • Clean driving record, drug free, customer friendly and a team player....a MUST. • Strong work ethic • Reliable and honest • Bilingual Desired • Must have own transportation to job (our office/shop is near Concord Mills) COMPENSATION: • $18-21+ per-hour based on experience BENEFITS/ PERKS: • Promotion opportunities available as we grow We have BIG goals... and hope you do too as we grow.
