Cabinet Masters is a high-end custom cabinet maker that has been serving SW Washington for over 35 years. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet installation, cabinet making, or finish carpentry. The position is permanent, full-time, and includes benefits. Responsibilities • Measure areas for cabinet installation • Measure and miter cut crown moulding, base moulding, base shoe, toe kicks, and other trim pieces • Keep areas organized to achieve efficient workflow process • Sand boards and cabinets • Measure and cut boards needed for cabinets • Assemble and install cabinets and anything required to complete job • Install hardware such as hinges, drawer guides, handles, pulls, ect… • Attention to detail and quality • Work professionally with the clients and team members • Carrying and lifting cabinets over 50 lbs (loading and unloading cabinets) • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • 2 years’ experience in cabinet making, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry • Ability to do simple math including fractions and read a tape measure • Experience using tape measure, routers, drills, power saws, table saws, band saws, edge sander, drill press, and other tools • Ability to meet the physical requirements including carrying up to 75 lbs • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisor, and clients • Ability to read and decipher plans, drawings, and sketches • Ability to work independently and well with other coworkers • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required Benefits • Medical Insurance • Vacation • Paid Holidays • Sick Time
