We are looking for delivery drivers to deliver and pick up items on designated routes. You will use our vans (Ford Econoline, or similar). Start and end your day at our location in South Seattle. Average shifts are 12 hours. Routes currently available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Are you available 1, 2 or all 3 of these days? We are open to the same person covering all of these designated delivery routes, or multiple drivers to cover 1-2 days each. This can be your only job or a supplemental job...we are flexible for the right person/people! Start time is flexible - typically drivers start between 5am - 7am. Let us know your availability, we will find the right fit for you! You would need to commit to a certain day (or certain days) of the week - and would be assigned a specific route, mostly the same customers each week with some slight variations (adding new customers / canceled customers). We service the same customers each week. This is a low stress delivery job! Reliability and dependability are key - you don't need to break any delivery time records...spend the day listening to music or podcasts as you drive around Western Washington :). Must be responsible, reliable, have a clean driving record, and be comfortable interacting with people. Deliveries and pick ups are typically no contact - right on the customers front porch! The occasional interaction is with the team as you load your van for the day and when you occasionally see a customer. There is some walking involved (park and walk to the front door, deliver and pick up items on average about 10-15lbs (many much lighter)...nothing too heavy or oversized). Possibility of stairs, especially when delivering to an apartment building.
