We are not looking to hiring someone for just a job, we are looking for someone that wants a career! - we work 6 days a week Monday Thru Saturday - plan on working 50 to 52 Hours a week - Average Biweekly base pay will be $2,000 to $2,200 - Bonus program average per pay period is between $300 to $700 or more depending how good you are. - Realistic target you will make is $63,000 to $70,000 - Team Members that are successful in this career have the ability to follow a process and continue to do the same thing over and over to make a sale and a happy customer.
