Seeking a part time or full time employee for the maintenance and upkeep of our Spa, which includes the maintenance of our bamboo garden and two hot tubs. This position includes, but is not limited to: general groundskeeping, snow/ice/leaf removal, sweeping, leaf blowing, and removal/breakdown of trash/recycling, general building maintenance. This position also entails the upkeep of two saltwater hot tubs. Duties for the tubs include the following: • Vacuuming/Skimming/Cleaning the tubs • Testing the tubs each morning • Ensuring chemical levels are up to code – adjusting PH/chlorine levels as needed • Documenting chemical levels • Draining & filling the tubs weekly • Cleaning and replacing the filters in each tub Previous hot/tub pool experience is preferred, but not necessary. We will train the right person. Experience in maintenance/groundskeeping is preferred. Please reply with resume or listed experience.
