Immediately hiring non-union FULL TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE PORTERS with indoor & outdoor porter EXPERIENCE on maintenance teams in BIG, MODERN mid-rise / high-rise residential / commercial buildings. $18.00 per hour to start, some overtime when needed at "time-and-a-half". Must have Porter experience in apartment turnovers; painting; basic hand tools; loading / unloading; moving equipment & materials; snow removal; trimming, watering plants & shrubs; assisting handymen for mechanic tasks; assisting cleaning ladies; trash compacting & removal; cleaning hard & carpeted floors & wall surfaces; must be available for some weekend hours. Must live in, or short commute to Jersey City, with legal identification to live and work in the U.S. Work in a teamwork company with many years of large construction projects now and scheduled into the future, and potential to learn skills to become an assistant maintenance handyman.
