Experienced Manual and CNC Lathe Set Up/Operators needed at established machine shop in Essex, MA. 8 hour day shift (flexible start time between 6:30am-8am) Qualifications: Minimum 1 year Experience w/ set up and operation of lathes Dependable and have reliable transportation to work Must be able to work with others Must be able to read and understand prints Excellent mechanical aptitude Must be able to be follow instructions given by Lathe Dept. Manager. Must be able to set up tools to precise tolerances Responsibilities: Set up lathes with fixturing/tooling Run production and prototype parts Meet deadlines Complete in-process inspections on parts Maintain a clean and safe work environment Full Time: 40hrs/week ***GREAT PAY - Hourly Rate Based on Experience*** Monday-Friday Paid sick/vacation time.
