The First time buyer Homebuying Affair is were you learn every step in the homebuying process. This Free Event is for anyone interested in becoming a homeowner. This event will be catered lunch will be provided. The Homebuying Affair will be hosted by a Realtor from Coldwell Banker Towson (Sha'tarah Askins) to teach you the full homebuying process and about community development. We will have a Lender (Ricardo Silva) at this event to teach you the qualifications needed to get approved for a loan to purchase a home and resourceful information about down payment assistance towards closing. We will have a credit repair specialist speaking(Ms. Ayannna Smith) to educated you on how to repair your credit and provide information on how you can get her services. This Event will be very positive and very informational. Seating is limited.
