BIRMINGHAM, AL — The regular season for Alabama high school football is winding down, as teams get in their final games this week and next week, and while some regional champs have already been crowned, seeding and spots for the state playoffs are still on the line Friday night. Week 10 has intriguing match-ups between Briarwood and Homewood; Hewitt-Trussville and Oak Mountain; Minor and Jackson-Olin, and of course, the 7A No. 1 vs. no. 2 clash between Thompson and Hoover.
