In a mix of classic and contemporary, Music Director Brad Dumont and Conducting Fellow Will Goliger lead the Salisbury Singers in a journey from the ‘Heavenly Hurt’ of personal loss, featuring texts of MA native Emily Dickinson, to the eventual resolution we all seek with Antonio Vivaldi’s resplendent “Gloria.” These major works will be complemented by a series of contemporary choral pieces from artists including Marques Garrett, Dan Forrest and Peter Anglea, alongside music from our guest string quartet.

Salisbury Singers is a mixed chorus of more than 80 singers under the dynamic leadership of Artistic Director Michelle Graveline, now in her 22nd season with the chorus.
The chorus is dedicated to the enhancement of cultural life in Worcester and central Massachusetts as well as the musical growth of its individual members. Salisbury Singers achieves these objectives through professional quality performances of acappella and accompanied choral repertoire drawn from diverse traditions and styles.
