Cultivate Great Leaders is a leadership development program for youth age 13-18. Leaders from the community will help instruct this course. Cultivate Great Leaders - Youth age 13-18 February 22, 2022 through June 24, 2022 (six sessions, times and locations TBD first session according to youths availability. Join us and learn about the qualities that it takes to become a great leader. What is leadership? What type of leader do you want to become? Meet and interview leaders from across Maryland's Eastern Shore. Visit The University of Maryland College Park, The University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Salisbury University. Set goals about your future and create an action plan for your future. The program ends with the development of a service project that will benefit your community. Future dates and times will be scheduled according to participants availablity. This program will be completed by June 24, 2022
