Discover how maple syrup is made at DCR's River Bend Farm. See trees being tapped, help gather sap and visit the sugar house. Learn how maple syrup is made on a guided tour at River Bend Farm, part of DCR's Blackstone River & Canal Heritage State Park. See trees being tapped, help gather sap, and stop by the sugar house for a demonstration. Free tours will be offered by pre-registration only. Order 1 ticket per participant. 20 participants maximum for each session. Sessions available on March 5th 2022 at 11 am, Noon, 1 pm, and 2 pm. Each tour lasts about 90 minutes. Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Tours begin outside the Visitor Center at River Bend Farm, 287 Oak Street, Uxbridge MA Please dress for the outdoors with study winter footwear. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
