Help Me Customize and Maintain my JDM Truck

I am going to start customizing my JDM Firetruck, and will be hiring out most of the work. You don't need to be able to do all of the work, but I do ask what you can do be proficient with. This is my everyday driver and people come up to me everyday and talk to me about it. I will gladly hand out your card and advertise that you were the one who helped with it when showing it off. Here is a list of the upcoming work I will be having done. 1.) Heated pressure washing: If you have a lift with a heated pressure washer I would be interested in paying you to use both. Please let me know location and cost per washing. 2.) Welding the old mount holes in the bed closed. Cutting off the weird side compartment on the right side and making it more of a straight side of the truck with new metal. 3.) Making a tailgate for the back. 4.) Fabricating a customized wooden dash. Would like a screen for backup camera. 5.) Spray on bed liner in the bed and on the railings. 6.) Surface shield undercoating and inside the closed frame. 7.) Regular oil changes and other routing maintenance on Toyota 3L 2.8 Liter 4-cycliner diesel engine. 8.) Touching up scratches on the paint so they don't start to rust. 9.) Possibly enclosing the rest of the sides with similar material as the top. 10.) There is a power source going to the bed from where the water pump used to run. I'm trying to figure out something cool to use it for. Possibly just converting to a regular outlet so I can plug stuff in. 11.) Convert the back 2 compartments into lockable boxes for tools or other stuff. I'm very open to suggestions too. Wouldn't mind a ladder rack on one side or other things to make this an even better work truck and overlanding rig. I won't be doing these all right away, but I do want all of them done.
