Job Description: - Lawn Techs are the first people that our customers meet outside of speaking on the phone with the Customer Service Representative. Our culture requires an individual that will provide excellent customer experience. - The Lawn Techs apply the proper nutrients to lawns, trees and shrubs that will create a beautiful landscape that our clients can be proud of - The day begins at 6AM and finishes around 3PM (Flexible) Skills: - Motivated work ethic and positive attitude - Keep a clean and operational work environment - Responsible for on-site safety - Represent Highest Quality Lawn & Pest’s culture and values Position Requirements: - Must have a valid Driver’s License - Minimum of 18 years of age - High School Diploma/GED Pay Structure: - $20/hr + weekly commission & production opportunities. - End of year bonus opportunities, referral bonus, sign on bonus $500!
