Frame walls, sheetrock, paint, lay floors

Description

I have a 17 ft by 7 ft room using for laundry. Want to give it a face-lift put up walls and lay down luxury vinyl flooring. I want to build a frame and sheet rock the walls. There is 2 walls one 7 ft wide 7 ft height. The 2nd wall is 17 ft width and 7 ft height. Once walls up compounded and finished need them painted including a 3rd already finished plaster wall 6 ft wide by 7 ft height. Once that is complete need luxury vinyl floors installed room is 17 ft long by 7 ft wide. then trim put round the room to hold down flooring.
