Military Affairs Committee Members are invited to a lunch meeting to discuss the upcoming AOQ Reception and hear from a guest speaker. Join us at McAdoo's on Wednesday, February 16 for our quarterly luncheon ahead of our reception for the Airman of the 4th Quarter and Airman of the Year for 2021. We'll provide a few updates, hear from guest speaker Sam Morgan with the UTSA Small Business Development Center about resources for veteran owned small businesses, and collect donations for the gift baskets that will be provided to the awarded airmen. Donation ideas include but are not limited to: AccommodationsTickets to local attractionsGiftcards to local restaurantsCash donationsWe encourage you to bring your donations at this time, but you are welcome to bring donations to the Chamber office anytime between now and the morning of the event on Tuesday, March 8. Tickets for the luncheon are $20 dollars and include a salad, your meal, a non-alcoholic beverage and gratuity for the server.
