WIC Week Project Tour at DMU

Turner Construction will be taking us on a tour of their exciting DMU Campus project. Following the project tour, lunch will be provided for all attendees at no charge. This is a NAWIC members-only event. All attendees need full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, safety classes, KN95 or surgical mask when indoors, and closed-toed shoes). If you cannot provide your own PPE, let us know in advance so we can help to provide it for you. The focus of Women in Construction (WIC) Week is to highlight women as a viable component of the construction industry. WIC Week also provides an occasion for NAWIC’s thousands of members across the country to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in the construction industry and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry. It is also a time for local chapters to give back to their communities.
