We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for 2 medium sized apartment community. We offer health benefits after 60 days and 401k. PTO is earned right away and can be used after 6 months. Quarterly bonuses are earned by outstanding team members.

The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday preferred
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform on call services every 2nd to 3rd week.
Basic Maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting skills.
Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.
Ability to service the pool and spa or willingness to learn.
Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
