Need babysitter for 15 month old

I’m looking for a babysitter in southwest area. I need someone truly good with kids especially babies since this is my daughters first time staying with someone new. Around 40 hours a week starting at 9am my shifts end at 9pm. The earliest I’d be off would be 3pm I would let you know. $300- a week. Serious ladies only. If you’re just trying to make money and don’t know a thing about babies pls don’t bother. Im pretty chill and prefer a nice young lady with a sweet attitude and patience for an energetic 1 year old.
