Pepper is about to be one year old on February 16. He is some what tamed. He does barking noises he says “Wilbur” our dogs name. He whistles. Not fully talking yet. He is allowed out of his cage periods at a time through the day. He is NOT good with kids as most parrots aren’t. That is the reason I am rehoming. Parrots are messy and are like toddlers. I want someone that can give him time out of his cage and has the time for him as these birds do not do well with no interaction. Experience is a plus. Rehoming fee is $4,000 plus $100 for cage
