NEED DECK REBUILT /// PERMIT/DRAWINGS NEEDED

I recently bought a home that came with an outside deck. The city is now asking me to pull a permit for it, what I need is someone to be able to draw and describe the construction of the current deck. Once the drawing and the construction description details are completed, I will send to the city for them to get an inspector out to list what is wrong with the deck. From that point on, we can determine what work is needed to get this deck up to code. Please contact me if you know how/have experience in creating drawings of decks and are able to describe how it was made with proper terminology.
