Press release from the Town of Winchester: December 21, 2020 The Town Offices will be staffed from 8:00am to noon on Thursday, December 24th and Thursday, December 31st. Offices will be CLOSED on Friday, December 25th and Friday, January 1st. The Transfer Station will be open on Thursday, December 24th from 8:00am to 2:00pm and CLOSED on Friday, December 25th. The following week, the Transfer Station will be open on Thursday, December 31st from 8:00am to 3:00pm and CLOSED on Friday, January 1st. Happy Holidays!
