BIRMINGHAM, AL — With air travel down considerably due to coronavirus precautions, Southwest Airlines announced it is significantly reducing the number of flights in and out of the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. The Birmingham Business Journal reported that Southwest Airlines has reduced its number of BHM flights by more than 40 percent.
