Leopard gecko with tank and supplies

I have a male leopard gecko that i am looking to let go of. He comes with his 29 gallon tank, his reptile carpet (we sanitize and let dry weekly. He does fine on reptile bark as well), his heat mat, all his hides and decorations, a day light bulb and the light fixture. I would absolutely love to keep him but we are downsizing, and money is a bit tight. He’s a lovely boy and is handled often, though he prefers to just be observed. I’m asking a 100$ rehoming fee for him and all of his things, but it’s negotiable
