Heart Health and Self Care Heidi Darbo, Regionall Director for Northeast Alabama with the American Heart Association will speak on: Introduction to the American Heart Association tools & resources to use in community outreach Learn why blood pressure is a critical factor for your health & ways to improve it, including mindfulness exercises Lunch and 1 hour Social Work CEU's will be available at no cost. (Nurses can convert these CEU's). Open to all professionals and community members. Certificates of attendance can be given upon request. CEU's provided by: Village Counseling and Consulting, Dana Calhoun, LICSW, PIP Masks are required. Door prizes. Networking. Bring your business card agency information to share with other attendees.
