We are seeking to fill a seasonal general labor position (full-time and part-time) with our company. This position is an entry level position that has the possibility of becoming a year-round full-time position with room for advancement, quick pay raises, and a competitive benefits package for the right candidate. The right candidate for this position should work well with others, be reliable, and be willing and able to lift 50 pounds. We are an established family-owned company that designs, builds, and services piers around the Lake Country area. The position will be performed outdoors on our work boats during the Spring season. College students are encouraged to apply and we are willing to work around a part-time schedule. Essential Duties: * Operate a variety of power tools * Assemble piers by utilizing the company’s tools and equipment. * Receive general instructions from management. Requirements: * Eagerness to learn and improve * Punctual and reliable * Friendly/team player * Positive attitude * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Carpentry experience is a HUGE plus We are hiring full AND part-time workers for seasonal work. We require that you can work full days (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) on the days you are here but can work with candidates that are not able to work Monday through Friday.
