ATLANTA, GA — A hearing-impaired Atlanta man wants Delta Air Lines to review the way they handle situations involving passengers with disabilities. The man said he was removed from a flight over a misunderstanding with a flight attendant, reported WSB. Andre Hilton is an Atlanta-based interior designer, who was flying home from Detroit last month. He wear aides in both ears. He said he was having a conversation with another passenger when his face mask slipped below his nose. While he was pulling it up, he was approached by a flight attendant, he said, who began pointing his fingers at him and yelling. Hilton was told this was the last warning, although he said he never heard the first one. The pilot stepped in and asked him to leave. "I've never felt so humiliated, hurt and frustrated to be treated this way! @delta the treatment and bribery i received at the hands of your staff was unacceptable!" Hilton posted on social media with a video. Delta has apologized for the incident.
