Description

We are looking for experienced individuals to clean vacant apartments and homes. Our communities are located throughout the Gulf Coast are. We have a very detailed cleaning process listed in a task list on our app that will be used in every single unit that you complete. Your work will be inspected upon completion. You will be paid a salary pay weekly. The schedule is Monday thru Friday 8-5 with a one hour lunch taken at the time of your choosing. You will have to complete multiple units in one day. Requirements: Good references Pass a background check Pass a drug test Pass a written assessment about cleaning Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Proven experience Responsibilities: Clean vacant apartments and homes (Dusting: blinds, doors, window seals, and ceiling vents and fans, Sweeping: floors, patio, and ceilings, Vacuuming: carpet and drawers and cabinets out, Mopping, Cleaning: refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, countertops, microwave, washer and dryer if applicable, windows, and switch plates and outlets) Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify area manager of upcharges and any repairs needed Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Keep your company car stocked with all the materials you need Weekly cleaning of company car Move heavy objects such as ovens, refrigerators, and washers and dryer
