POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The Point Pleasant Beach Police Department has promoted Kyle Grace, a 24-year member of the department. Grace was promoted from lieutenant to captain and sworn into his position during Tuesday's Borough Council meeting. "Captain Grace was hired by the Police Department in 1997 and has served the community in several capacities in his 24 years of service. Congratulations Captain Grace!" the police department said in a post about the promotion.
