My name is Roxanne and I am a graduate student working towards my masters of science in nutrition in dietetics. I would greatly appreciate your participation in a survey for my final project. Women's Healthcare Education Initiative Research You are invited to participate in one of the first studies assessing the education process in women’s healthcare and how available resources are being regarded by patients. The purpose of this study is to assess the current educational efforts in women’s healthcare in the US as it is perceived (sufficient, falling short, exceeding expectations, etc.) by patients aged 18-49. This information will be used to investigate how current education efforts are being perceived (sufficient, falling short, exceeding expectations, etc.). All information will be handled confidentially. You may exit out of the study at any time to opt out of participation and there are no risks associated with participation. The research survey takes 3-5 minutes to complete. You only must answer the questions that you feel comfortable answering, and you may stop participating at any time for any reason.
