Missing North Jersey Man Last Seen Monday, State Police Seek Help

HARMONY TOWNSHIP, NJ — Officials reported a North Jersey man missing, and New Jersey State Police are seeking help in finding him. Bryan T. Vanassen, of Harmony Township, was last seen at his home at about 7 a.m. Monday. Vanassen, 42, left home without his cell phone is is believed to be driving a black 1988 Ford Bronco, with a 4-inch lift, large black antenna on the rear, and chrome grill guard with New Jersey license plate A87NZY. State Police provided a stock photograph of the vehicle: (Courtesy of New Jersey State Police)Vanassen is known to frequent Easton, Pennsylvania, authorities said. Police described him as a white male, who is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 150 pounds. He is balding and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and black jogging pants with a silver stripe, police said. Vanassen has depression and anxiety, and it's unknown whether he has his medications with him. Anyone with information can contact the Troop "B" Washington Station Detective Bureau at 908-689-3101. State Police welcome anonymous tips.
