NASHUA, NH — Howard Prak, 36, of Rhode Island Avenue in Nashua was arrested on Feb. 1, 2022, on kidnapping, second-degree assault-strangulation, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and simple assault charges. Warren Robert Picard, 59, of Ledge Street in Nashua was arrested on Feb. 1 on 14 electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court and a single electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment. Raymond Laforest, 24, of Barker In Keene was arrested on Feb. 1 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, $1,501-plus, a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, and an unauthorized use of a vehicle charge, less than $1,000. Ellen U. Olson, 51, of Berkeley Street in Nashua was arrested on Feb. 1 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. David James Decker, 39, of Lincoln Street in Manchester was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on Feb. 1. Giovanni Rivera, 29, of South Policy Street in Salem was arrested on a capias warrant on Feb. 1. Benjamin Austin, 26, of no fixed address, was arrested on Feb. 1 on an out-of-town warrant. Kenneth Armstrong, 50, of Commercial Street in Nashua was arrested on Jan. 20 on an out-of-town warrant and a fugitive warrant. Henri Robert Guite, 41, of Middle Road on Fairfield, Maine, was arrested on Jan. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. Joseph Simard, 25, of Methuen Street in Dracut, Massachusetts, was arrested on Jan. 20 on a receiving stolen property charge, less than $1,000. Diana St. Laurent, 65, of Worthley in Manchester was arrested on Jan. 20 on an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of a fine.
