LIVERMORE, CA — A pedestrian was killed Monday night in a collision with a train, the Altamont Corridor Express confirmed. "The Rail Commission is saddened to confirm that ACE 06 did strike a trespasser in the right-of-way between Murrieta Blvd and N. P St. in Livermore," an ACE representative told Patch. A representative from the Livermore Police Department said that officers responded to an incident on the railroad tracks north of Stanley Boulevard. Union Pacific Railroad is handling the investigation. Patch is awaiting further information from their representative.
