Brown Dog 441 hungry please call if you see him! not neutered

Brown dog lost on 441 very sweet I couldn't pick him up at the time and Animal Control couldn't provide a time they would be out where he was to help. He has some scars on him. I went to the local neighborhood he went into quickly but went back out to 441 and I asked people out and no one saw him before. He was hungry. Please call me if you see him! He is very friendly I don't know how he would be with other dogs because he is not neutered and has some scars on him but I was able to pet him and he wanted to follow me. I couldn't pick him up but did report him to Animal Control but he kept walking down 441. If you can get Animal control or the Sheriff to pick him up to bring to Animal Control please let me know.
