Press release from the McHenry County Government: 02/01/2022 11:36 AM PRESS RELEASE  February 1, 2022 CHRISTOPHER RODRIGUEZ CONVICTED OF CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State's Attorney, announced that Christopher Rodriguez, 30, of Huntley, Illinois, was convicted of three counts of Criminal Sexual Assault, a Class 1 Felony, and one count of Criminal Sexual Abuse, a Class 4 Felony, following a bench trial before the Honorable McHenry County Judge Coppedge on January 28, 2022. The defendant is scheduled to be sentenced on March 17, 2022.  This case was investigated by members of the Huntley Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Sharyl Eisenstein and Tyler Mikan of the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office.  ##### This press release was produced by the McHenry County Government.
