The Portland Business Alliance has received a tremendous amount of interest regarding our Brand and Website Redesign project. Along with that, we have received many more questions than originally anticipated and will need additional time to submit our response. As such, we have made the decision to revise the overall RFP Schedule for Selection Process as follows: Issuance of RFP: January 18, 2022 Questions Due: January 26, 2022 Responses to Questions Due: February 11, 2022 Proposal Responses Due: February 23, 2022 Finalists Notified by Phone: Week of March 14, 2022 Finalist Interviews: Week of March 28, 2022 Award of Contract: April 4, 2022 Anticipated Commencement of Project: April 15, 2022 Anticipated Completion of Project for User Testing: May 1, 2023 Anticipated Announcement of New Website and Brand: May 15, 2023 For more details about the project scope and details, a complete list of submission requirements and timeline for submission and completion, please refer to the Request for Proposal document at the link below.
