Press release from the City of Raleigh: Feb 1, 2022 Please join City of Raleigh staff at two virtual Ask-A-Planner sessions to discuss a proposed text change, TC-20-21 Missing Middle 2.0. This text change would enable alternative housing patterns and permit increased density near planned high-frequency transit. The two sessions will be held virtually via Zoom: Planning and Development staff will be available to explain the proposed changes to Raleigh's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)(link is external) and answer your questions.
