ARIZONA — For Arizonans who missed stepping back in time by cheering on jousters, checking out arts and crafts and general merrymaking in 2021, the Arizona Renaissance Festival is back on this year. The popular annual festival was canceled in 2021, like so many other events, because of COVID-19. The 34th annual festival features live entertainment, rides, games, jousting matches, food and drink and an artisan market in a 16th century European-style park that it calls the "Village of Fairhaven." The festival spans a 50-acre village that includes 16 entertainment stages, an arts and crafts fair and plenty of food and drink options. When: Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. from Feb. 5-April 3. The festival will also be open President's Day. Where: In Gold Canyon at 12601 East US Highway 60.
