This is just to try to say thank you to the person who turned in my wallet yesterday afternoon at the West Rutland Price Chopper.
Took it out of my purse to get to my keys and just didn't put it back. Realized it was missing when I got to doctor's office and purse was awfully light. Nurse walked in as I was calling store to confirm it was there. My first question when I got to the store was if they knew who returned it so I could properly thank him or her. The person at the desk was not the person the wallet was returned to.
I went back today hoping for more information. Jessica was correct in saying I was extremely grateful and relieved it was returned. Everyone should know, you were honest, and returned it with cash and cards still inside.
Recently endured some pretty heavy struggles, so this helped more than you can possibly know or that I could put into words here. Thank you seems so little to offer in exchange for what you given back to me.
At the store she said she didn't personally recognize you as a regular customer. I hope some how, some way this message reaches you.
Because of your goodwill and kindness I was able to pay it forward tonight. I let a couple of younger people go ahead of me in line as they were just getting some flowers and I wasn't sure if I was through shopping. Their card didn't seem to work for whatever reason. I made the purchase for them.
If anyone knows those two (I complimented your boots) know I wasn't being impatient or meant no offense. I should have asked if you minded if I purchased them for you. I was only trying to pay forward a kindness shown tor, nothing more, nothing less.
Anyways, God bless all.
