Building Maintenance Assistant Needed - Car Pros Automotive Group Come join our maintenance team! We are seeking a maintenance staff member for our commercial buildings; facilities located in Renton and Tacoma. This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance values to our properties. Duties will include: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Work on chain link fences, Change oil in compressors, Tune up landscape tools, Work on electrical fans and to monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
