K&L Homes is looking for a Construction Labor Foreman/Job Site Manager to join our team. Candidate must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor at building construction projects. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. May clean and prepare construction sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris. May operate hand and power tools of all types and assist other craft workers in their trades. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Pick up, Collect, Sort & Dispose of (or recycle) Job Site Construction Debris Perform general construction cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors, wiping down horizontal and vertical surfaces, and moving and organizing jobsite construction materials, tools, and equipment. Driving Pickup Truck With Dump Trailer Material Orders & Delivery (Material Runner) Jobsite Material Inventory: Check Material Deliveries Against Material Orders Jobsite Safety Including But Not Limited To: Safety Fence Installation Silt Fence Installation Job Sign Installation Temp Power Pole Post Installation Provide Assistance To Craft Workers Such As; Carpenters & Concrete Finishers Misc. Jobsite Tasks Including But Not Limited To: Concrete Cutting Spray Foam Install Foundation Vent Cover Install Basic Pickup Framing and Tasks Pre Insulation & Sheetrock Installation (Limited To Behind HVAC zones) Hand Shoveling, Snow Shoveling, etc. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck and back up a trailer. This position travels in a company vehicle to and from multiple job sites daily scrapping out job sites and taking dump trailers to the transfer station Working knowledge of lumber types and grades hardware and fasteners and other building materials Heavy lifting, working independently, communicating with subcontractors, interpretation of material lists, small tool operation/air tool operation/basic heavy tool operation (jackhammer, plate compactor/etc.) If you think this is the right fit for you please call our Project Manager, Ben. 509 - seven one three - nine zero one three
